1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using MapZot.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the property interest being submitted.
- You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
MapZot.AI provides a proprietary software service that routes real estate site submissions to designated professionals within selected companies. We do not engage in brokerage, agency, legal representation, or real estate services.
The Service includes only:
- Secure submission of site information
- Internal processing to identify potential contacts
- Forwarding of such information via available communication channels
4. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Delivery of messages to companies
- Responsiveness or engagement
- Deal activity or conversion
All submissions are at-will and at the User’s risk
5. FEES
- Submitters: The Service is free to users submitting properties.
- Companies: We may charge recipient companies for lead facilitation.
- No commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks are owed to the Submitter.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, text, and data compilations are the exclusive property of MapZot.AI and protected by U.S. and international IP laws.
- Users may not reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, mine, or modify any part of the Service.
- You retain ownership of data you submit, but grant MapZot.AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, transmit, store, and process it solely to deliver the Service.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent property rights or authority
- Submit false, misleading, illegal, or harmful information
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, scraping, or harassment
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MapZot.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability for direct damages is capped at $100
- We are not responsible for lost data, failed transmissions, or third-party misuse
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MapZot.AI and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal proceedings arising from your use of the Service, including IP infringement, false submissions, or violations of third-party rights.
10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Your obligations under Sections 6–9 survive termination.
11. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. The most recent version governs all use.
